The Football Coaster Company was established in 2024 by full-time stadium photographer David Shields and designer/drone photographer Stuart Byford.
David has been travelling the UK and Europe photographing football stadiums of all shapes and sizes for the past 20 years whilst Stuart has been photographing them from the air for the past few years.
Both David and Stuart are avid Southend United supporters and can be found at Roots Hall's East and West stands respectively.
Despite their love for Southend United and Roots Hall, they are interested in football stadiums in general - the different architecture, areas surrounding the stadiums and how much the stadiums mean to the clubs supporters.
